The program brings innovative companies together that share a common goal of providing unique offerings that meet customer needs. Through a collaborative, open approach, the 3Com|ON team actively engages leading solution providers that develop products and services that complement the 3Com product portfolio, and when paired together, interoperate and enhance each other. Members of the 3Com|ON Program include best-of-breed independent software and hardware vendors, system integrators, service providers, consultants, and the open source community.

3Com and members of the 3Com|ON Program will win in the marketplace with their ability to deliver distinctively valuable solutions. Here's what the Program will do to help achieve this goal:

  • Share 3Com technology expertise to help members develop, test and deploy applications fast
  • Provide visibility and access to 3Com's vast network of value added resellers to optimize business development

Who can join?

Anyone can become a 3Com|ON member, but participants are generally from the following groups:

Membership Levels

To learn more about 3Com solutions, anyone can participate in the program with no testing or marketing requirement. Premium and Optimum Members, however, have a more committed working relationship with 3Com and have access to technical and marketing support:

1. Open Network Member. Individuals or organizations are invited to join at this level to learn more about the Program and 3Com networking solutions, without a testing or marketing requirement.

2. Premium Member. Members at this level are invited to join the Program based on meeting certain testing and marketing criteria.

3. Optimum Member. The highest level in the Program, this membership category is generally reserved for companies that have met all the requirements at the Premium Member level and are ready to fully integrate their solutions into the 3Com portfolio.
