Member Levels

To learn more about 3Com® solutions, anyone can participate in the program with no testing or marketing requirement at the Open Network level. Premium and Optimum Members however, have a more committed working relationship with 3Com, which includes meeting testing and marketing requirements, and in return they have access to technical and marketing support.

1. Open Network Member. Individuals or organizations are invited to join at this level to learn more about the Program and 3Com networking solutions, without a testing or marketing requirement.

2. Premium Member. Members at this level are invited to join the Program based on meeting certain product, testing, and marketing criteria.

3. Optimum Member. The highest level in the Program, this membership category is generally reserved for companies that have met all the requirements at the Premium Member level and are ready to fully integrate their solutions into the 3Com portfolio.
