All solutions undergo a rigorous qualification process that includes technology evaluations and testing to ensure interoperability with your 3Com product.
Once a solution has successfully completed 3Com's test validation process, the 3Com|ON member's page will be updated to include the date tested and associated validated Application notes. Where a company's solution testing is in progress but not yet completed, the solution will be enclosed by a red box and will be identified as "currently under test in the 3Com|ON Solutions Lab".

Unless specifically stated otherwise in your warranty from 3Com, 3Com makes no warranty or representation with respect to any third party hardware or software including that marketed or sold as 3Com|ON™ compatible. 3Com explicitly disclaims that use of third party hardware or software will meet Customer's requirements or work in combination with any hardware or applications software products provided by 3Com or third parties, that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all defects in the Software will be corrected. For any third party products identified as 3Com|ON™ solution validated, 3Com will make reasonable efforts to provide compatibility support, except where the non-compatibility is caused by a "bug" or defect in the third party's product or from use of the Software not in accordance with 3Com's or the third party manufacturer's published specifications, application notes, user manual or license agreement. All warranty claims for third party hardware or software products should be directed solely to the manufacturer or reseller of the third party products.
